About the Opportunity

We’re growing our Program Management team and are looking for talented professionals across a range of experience levels — from Program Managers ready to take on larger, more complex initiatives to experienced Senior Program Managers who can lead highly complex, cross-functional client programs.

Our Program Managers are at the center of delivery, connecting strategy to execution and helping Product, Domain, Engineering, and client teams stay aligned and moving forward.

Depending on your experience and level, you may coordinate individual workstreams, manage integrated program plans, facilitate cross-functional delivery, identify and resolve dependencies and risks, communicate with client and internal stakeholders, or lead execution across large, complex technology implementations.

We are hiring at multiple levels. Your title, scope of responsibility, and compensation will be aligned to your experience, demonstrated capabilities, and the needs of the team.

What You'll Do

Program Planning & Execution

  • Develop and manage delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across assigned workstreams or programs
  • Coordinate activities across Product, Domain, Engineering, Data, Integration, and other teams
  • Translate program priorities into clear, executable plans and actions
  • Track progress against milestones and commitments, identifying potential delays or gaps early
  • Help ensure requirements, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities are appropriately sequenced
  • Drive follow-through and accountability to keep programs moving forward

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate across technical and functional teams to manage dependencies and maintain alignment
  • Facilitate program meetings, planning sessions, standups, dependency reviews, and other delivery cadences
  • Ensure decisions, action items, owners, and next steps are clearly documented and followed through
  • Identify gaps or misalignment between business requirements, technical implementation, and delivery timelines
  • Build strong working relationships across Product, Engineering, Domain, client, and business teams

Issue & Risk Management

  • Identify, document, track, and help resolve program risks, issues, dependencies, and blocker
  • Maintain appropriate program management tools, including RAID logs and delivery trackers
  • Proactively surface risks before they impact downstream activities or delivery milestones
  • Coordinate with appropriate teams to drive issue resolution and remove blocker
  • Escalate significant risks with clear context, potential impact, and recommended next steps

Stakeholder Communication

  • Provide clear and consistent communication regarding program status, priorities, risks, dependencies, and decisions
  • Prepare status updates, program reporting, and executive or client-facing materials appropriate to your level
  • Translate complex delivery or technical information into clear, actionable updates
  • Support or lead stakeholder meetings and governance forums
  • Maintain transparency and visibility into overall delivery health

Delivery & Accountability

  • Track ownership and completion of program deliverables and commitments
  • Monitor program health, milestones, dependencies, risks, and execution status
  • Proactively identify areas where delivery is falling behind plan and help drive corrective action
  • Work across teams to solve problems and keep delivery moving
  • Support a culture of urgency, collaboration, accountability, and strong execution

We’re interested in candidates at multiple stages of their Program Management career. You may be a fit if you bring some combination of:

  • Experience in program management, project management, technology delivery, implementation, or a related discipline
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple workstreams, priorities, or dependencies
  • Ability to create and maintain project or program plans, milestones, risks, issues, and action items
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to bring structure to complex or evolving initiatives
  • Experience identifying risks, resolving blockers, and driving teams toward decisions and outcomes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
