Build Reporting & Operational Analytics
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, operational reporting, and performance visibility metrics that support operational leadership
  • Deliver the Operational Dashboard Framework and recurring Monthly Operational Status Metrics summaries

Support Testing, Readiness & Transition
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validation coordination, and operational readiness activities
    • Support legacy decommissioning by validating reports, operational processes, and platform outputs
    • Contribute to transition readiness tracking and to the Final Operational Analytics & Validation Summary
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
  • Partner with business stakeholders and MIS teams to translate reporting, analytics, and operational requirements into actionable work items
    • Support change-request analysis and operational-impact assessments for defects, enhancements, and reporting changes
    • Respond to ad hoc analytical and reporting requests with urgency and accuracy in a dynamic operational environment
Document & Support Users
  • Support knowledge management, operational documentation, and user support activities associated with platform stabilization and transition
  • Help keep operational reference materials and process documentation current as changes are implemented

Qualifications

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
